Abbas is a collaborative, strategic finance professional with over 20 years of credit risk management expertise. He is principally responsible for Haideri Capital, overseeing all real estate transactions — direct and indirect, equity and debt — while leading risk management and legal governance for the group.

A real estate expert with cross-border experience in the UK and US, his expertise spans underwriting, capital adequacy modelling, governance, stress testing, documentation, and vendor management across multiple asset classes.

Dr Husain Khaki

Principal — Estates & Ventures

Research · Partnerships · Deal sourcing

Husain is a Medical Doctor and healthcare entrepreneur with experience at the interface of data science, primary care innovation, and medical technology. He is principally responsible for Haideri Estates and Haideri Ventures, as well as deal sourcing and partnerships for the group.

Husain is also CEO of two medical technology companies — Active Medical (NL) and Heart Eye (UK) — which develop diagnostic devices.

MB Khaki

MB Khaki

Principal — Portfolio & Finance

Portfolio management · Capital allocation · Finance

MB is a seasoned Investment Manager and Capital Allocator principally responsible for Haideri Holdings alongside portfolio management and finance activities for the group.

Previously a multi-asset Investment Advisor for family offices and financial institutions at Barclays (UK) and Julius Baer (CH), covering the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) and is a CFA charterholder.
